This program is a private club. As of January 2006 the club has been in operation for 11 years, with 7 of those years being entirely off-line. They started out with "snail mailing" cashier checks and progressed to the eCurrencies later.

For investments, the club representative told me the following:
We deal with Bank Debentures, Rental Properties, Real Estate Sales, Forex, Currency Exchanges and some others that we are not able to disclose unless you are a 10m member.

PRIVATE OFFER III DETAILS:
The offer here is really quite simple: Loan funds via either eGold or eBullion (eCurrency only) and you will be paid at a rate of .5% per day (one half of one percent) from the Monday after your spend until the end of that month and then a flat rate of 20% per month thereafter, and both compounding and withdrawals are available on a monthly basis at the end of the month.

In addition, monthly bonuses are available based on overall performance. Historically these have been in the range of 0-8% over and above the normal monthly returns and are based on how well the club has done overall. If they have a good month and issue bonuses (2nd week of the month for the previous month) then I will pass those along on a pro-rated basis to members (myself included because I too am an investor). These bonuses will be added in the same fashion as a new deposit.

In other words, total returns we can expect are 20-28% per month.

Another important aspect is I accumulate funds each week and then transfer it all to the company when GMT switches from Friday to Saturday. In other words, I download all deposits from Saturday to Friday inclusive and it is those funds that are passed to the club. It is important to look at the date of your transaction history to see when your funds are placed.

Your first day of earning interest is Monday.

Let's illustrate by example:
You loan funds on a Wednesday. On Saturday I send the funds to the company and starting Monday you begin to earn .5% interest for each day until the end of the month (the month Monday was in).

From the end of that month onward your account balance earns a flat rate of 20% per month.

If you make subsequent deposits those deposits are treated like the example above.

When you loan funds you need to decide what type of compounding you want to set for your account. Options range from zero (0) percent to 100 percent and are changeable at any time. More on exactly how to do that in a bit.

Withdrawals can be done both automatically, based on how you've set your Compounding, or manually for some or all of your account balance.

Withdrawals are processed once per month at the end of the month and are paid within a few days just as soon as the company transfers the withdrawal requests to my accounts.

When you want to do a withdrawal your options range from 1 percent to 100 percent of your account value. Details are below.

Referral Program
Private Offer III has a 3-level referral program.

Level 1 - 3 percent

Level 2 - 1 percent

Level 3 - 1 percent

To be eligible for referral earnings you must have a minimum of $500 on deposit in Private Offer III at the time the new deposit came in. In other words, if you can't see a minimum account value of $500 on your Account Statement then you are not qualified. You can still refer people if you want but you won't be paid for it.

Each referral payment is added to your account in the same way and following the same rules as a new deposit. They are added during the week they are earned.

You will be paid referral benefits on both new deposits and compounded earnings at each compounding period.

There is one time and one time only that the referral can be stamped on the system, and that is during their very first deposit.

If I am the person referring you then you don't need to put anything related to who referred you.
